Egy muzeális tétel mely ízig-vérig egy családi pincészet gyöngyszeme.

A Bozóky család pincéibe több muzeális bor is pihen, de ez a Sauvignon Blanc igazán érdekes. Sokan úgy tartják a fehér borokat nem érdemes hosszú évekig tárolni, hisz élvezeti értékük csökken, ezzel én is egyet értek, de van néhány tétel mely rácáfolhat erre, ezért is szeretném, ha ezt a bort megkóstolnák. Színe korához képest élénk szalmasárga, nem mutatkozik elöregedett rozsdás jelleg. Illata telt, rendkívül mézes, mely némi éret barackra emlékezteto aromával keveredik. Ízében meglepo hasonlóság mutatkozik, a savak szépen tartják a bort, mely hosszú utóízt is eredményez. Nagy ritkaság az ilyen idos és szép tétel! Érdemes egy kis Pecorino sajttal kóstolni.

A real antiquity, that is the pride of a true family winery.
Several bottles of antique wines are resting in the cellars of the Bozóky family, but this Sauvignon Blanc is a really interesting choice. Many consider white wines not worthy of long storage, because their value decreases, and I fully agree with that, however there are some that can prove us wrong. That is why I recommend tasting this wine to you. Its color is a vivid hay-yellow despite its age, with no rust showing in it. Its scent is full, honey-like, that is mixed with some peachy aroma.
Its taste is quite similar, the acids hold the wine nicely, that results in a long aftertaste. A wine that is so nice and old is a true rarity. It is worth to have a bit of Pecorino cheese on the side.

Una perla di una piccola cantina di famiglia. Questo Sauvignon Blanc e la perla delle perle della cantina di famiglia Bozóky. In tanti affermano che i vini bianchi non possono durare nel tempo in quanto perdono carattere, con questo Sauvignon Blanc vorrei sconfessare chi dice questo e invito tutti a degustarlo. Pur essendo non giovane mantiene i suoi colori gialli paglierini intensi e non colori ossidati. Profumo pieno con sentori di miele e pesca. La sua acidita fa si che si mantenga persistente nel finale. Ottimo con formaggio pecorino.

A nice white wine with lively acids. The bouquet and the taste reminds the taster on pepper, elder berry, gooseberry and juicy peach.

Un vino bianco piacevole con acidi vivaci. Il mazzo ed il gusto ricorda al degustatore il pepe, la bacca invecchiata, l'uva spina e la pesca sugosa.
