Mint a szicíliai cuvée-knél megszokhattuk a Nera D’Avola alap jól házasítható más fajtákkal itt például Merlottal és Syrazal. A kituno évjárat és a magas színvonalú szakmai hozzáértés eredménye lett a Bendico cuvée, mely sötét, mély színvilággal, telt ízzel örvendeztet meg minket. Kis szelloztetés után illatai teltséget leginkább likorös, lekváros, aszalt szilvás aromákat hordoznak szép pörköl fás jegyekkel. Széles vállú, suru, bársonyos tanninú magas extraktú és alkohol tartalmú vörösbor. Roston sült vörös húsok és kemény érlelt sajtok, csokoládés desszertek ideális késéroje.

As we have grown accustomed to it in case of Sicilian Cuvées, the Nera D'Avola base offers a good blend if combined with Merlot and Syrazal. The great year and the expretise resulted in the Bendico cuvée, that has dark, deep colors and full taste for everyone's enjoyment. After a few moments out in the air, its full scent carries aromas of liquor, jam and dried plam with some nice roasted, woody overtones. This red wine has broad shoulders, dense, velvety tannins as well as high extracts and alcohol. It is an ideal choice for red meats, hard, matured cheeses and chocolate desserts.

Come ormai risaputo una specialitá di questa uva "Nero d'Avola" si presta ottimamente anche nelle piú svariate cuvée. Grazie alla esperienza della cantina, l'ottima qualita delle uve e l'ottima annata nasce questo vino "Bendico". Di colore rosso rubino, intenso di profumi, aromi pieni. Un vino di buona struttura, corposo con sentori di frutta rossa matura. Consigliato decantarlo. Da accostare con arrosti, formaggi stagionati e desert al cioccolato.

Nero d'Avola és Cabernet Sauvignon házasításával, tölgyfahordós érleléssel készített, száraz, testes-, hosszú élettartamot ígérő vörösbor. Aromája áfonyára és fekete szederre emlékeztet, s ezzel teljes harmóniában bukkannak fel a vaníliát és nemes tölgyfát idéző jegyek.

Marrying Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon aged in oak casks produced this full-bodied, dry red with a long aging potential. Its bouquet and flavour offer cranberry and brambleberry in perfect harmony with traces of vanilla and hints of oak.
